No doubt about, you need 10" wide rear wheels.

I like stock bodied FDs with the R1 lip and rear spoiler, lowered just a little bit with some wheels that fit well. Simple and clean.

I removed the power antenna and had the hole filled when I had mine painted, I like the clean uninterrupted look of the rear quarters.

replacing the ugly stock steering wheel makes a big difference to the look of your interior for not alot of money. Boost gauge in a column mount pod is nice too.

i have always been partial to fds with the stock 93 bumper, 99 lip, feed (or shine auto replicas) side steps, re ememiya style diffuser (shine has this as well), 99 tails, a nice set 18" wheels with a good fitment and drop (not the hella flush)

As far as subtle little things that you can do which will make it look better..

I'd get new windshield wiper arms, replace any/all broken vents, all new seals for the windscreen and glass in the rear hatch, new seals for the windows, etc., etc.

i have new seals since it was a replacing of the roof that made the car go to repaint. love the hellaflush scene since i drive a slammed VW Lupo as a daily driver with 15" BBS RS. but nice wheels in 18" is so damn expensive here in sweden. a set of Work meisters in horrible shape is like 4k USD. but i have decided to ditch my Mazdaspeed MS-01 wheels and get some new ones. i also sent a message to sakebombgarage for the taillights going to do a sleepy eye mod for the fronts with Projector for the HIDs. all fenders are shaved for anything that is not necessary. new numberplate in the rear with white LEDs. ISC coilovers for the slam in the ground (changing to stock when i go to the dragstrip). getting some nice pics on the car in 2 weeks when i get it back from paint

It is my understanding there are other antennas in the car. I have not noticed any degradation in FM reception since removing the power antenna.

Having said that, I never really listen to the radio in the car anyway. Only occasionally do I listen to a CD. I'm usually listening to the engine...

I think you've been led astray. Because the power antennas are so unreliable I put my power antenna on a switch to only come up when I want it to. I get pretty good reception in the city with it down. When I leave the city and drive out in the country I have little to no reception with it down but the reception is fine with it up. I would think if there were "other antennas" in the car up/down wouldnt matter.

I suspect you havent noticed because you listen to mostly CD's and maybe dont listen to radio when(if?) you leave Dallas.

Possibly, but then Dallas radio sucks. I don't bother listening to it when I am in town.

If listening to the radio while driving your car is a priority well then......

Maybe some Efini emblems, looks 1000x better then the toilet bowl emblems.

Too many people have the '99 lip IMO. An alternative to the '99 front lip would be Shine Autos mazdaspeed replica front lip. Pretty much about the same price too.

Best thing you can do is get some larger aftermarket wheels.
