Hello to everyone. I'm a newbie, just signed on yestersday. I posted my first thread last night in regards to oil leaking from one of my intake hoses........ (If any one has any info, please help!!!!) Anyway, I just wanted to make myself known, this is my 3rd RX-7. Had a 86, 91 (both N/A). Went away from them for a while, tried a WRX, and found myself going right back. This time I went and bought a 93. Car is in great condition, with the exception of the oil leak. I've installed a Blitz intake, short shifter, switched to white gauges, and put a front strut bar. I'm in and out of country constantly, so I haven't had much time to work on my baby. My final plans are not that crazy. Not too big on 1/4 mi, more of a street driver. I'm thinking about getting my car in the 300-350 rwhp. I'm considering switching to a single turbo, front mount ic, aluminum radiator, and all that good stuff. The only thing that I haven't decided is if I should (or need?!?!) to street port my engine, and replace my apex seals with 3mm. Any thoughts. Anyway is always great to read all the threads and to see how many other guys love RX-7 as much as I do. Some people just don't understand. I'd like to hear your feed back on my plans. Also, are there any other FD3S owners in the VA Beach area? I've seen a couple driving around, but haven't heard anything about a club down on this part of the country.

Hiya and welcome to the forum!

You'll find that the search function will be your best friend here. Use the search engine like you would ask a question. So if you wanted to search on where an engine part is located, use the search as so:

"where is the map sensor"

Since the forum won't allow 2 letter search options, just remove the ones that won't work:

"where map sensor"

and viola, you have a good search string!

As for the local clubs, check the regional forums:

https://www.rx7club.com/ne-rx-7-forum-30/

It will be easier to locate people around you in those sections.

Good luck!
