New Wheel - - Low Price

Does anybody know where I can get a new stock rim for my FD at a low price? (I scraped one on a curb tonight.)
Is there a dealer that sells at a decent discount and will ship, or do you know if any of the aftermarket vendors sell stock wheels? If you bought a new stock wheel, where did you get it?
Thanks for any info you can provide.

Well i kind of bented mine yesterday, and i went to this place where they wanted to fix it and stuff, and they have two new fd rims. They are coated and they look brand new. They want 150 for each. If you want to call them and have them ship it to you or something here is the phone no. It's in St. Louis, Missouri. The place is called Andy's.

look in the classified section of this forum, you can probably find a number of people selling stock fd wheels. if not, post that you are wanting to buy some and I am sure you can find a seller.

Stock rims

Don't get one from the dealer as they want $400.00 a piece for them. I bought a whole set for that price and had them powder coated....They look awesome. Jack

Really, $400 a piece? That's what I was afraid of. I'm hoping there's a more reasonable dealer around somewhere, or maybe some other source that has a more reasonable price. Boostin FD had a good tip, and I may call them, but it sounds like a refurbished wheel and I'm really looking for a brand new one.

This place can fix your rim back to OEM specs or help you find FD wheels.

Whoa! Called the local dealer today. They charge $671 for a new wheel from the factory. It's even worse than I thought. (I was thinking about $530 or so.)

why do you need a brand new wheel? why not just buy used ones in good shape.

Well, it's kind of a perfectionist thing. All the wheels on the car were perfect. I don't trust refurbished wheels. You never know what might have been wrong with them. If I go that route, I'll probably just have my own wheel repaired. It's just scraped on the outside of the rim. It could probably be fixed up.
Buying a new wheel, you can always return it if it's not right, and you know it hasn't been reheated in the repair process, or given a lousy paint job that will wear away after a year or two.
