I got a flyer from a guy that is opening up a new speed shop in Wichita, Kansas on April 1. He will specialize in "American Speed and Import" cars, which is actually the name of his shop. He will have lifts available for customers to work on their cars, nitrous systems, turbo systems, he can do all sorts of welding, from building roll cages to building full race cars. There will be machine shop services, motor swaps, crate engines available.....lowering services and parts, he also is a dealer and will appraise cars and develope a portfolio for you, and even sell your car if you want.
He is working on a project car, a 1968 Carerra, twin turbo that will have over 500 hp. He currently has a '69 Z-28, heavily modded, and a '64 Chevelle that is pumping out over 600 hp.
This guy sounds like he is in it for the long haul, I am definitely planning on checking him out!
