New Short Shifter! Amazing!!!

So I just got in my new short shifter. I Had been looking for one since they dont make the b&m one, the other day my purchasing manager tells me about a new company that sells shifters and to see if its something we might want to put up on our store. So I take a look at the application guide and well what do I see 1993 RX7 shifter so I give the company a call and they tell me all the details everything sounded good. Setup the account and order my shifter.

Let me tell you this thing is solid and nice cant wait to put it in after work. Its pretty cheap. Pm me if your interested and I'll hook you up.

Heres a pic:

That is probably why B&M stopped making theirs due to all the cheap imitations...Glad that you like your shifter though.

B&M stopped making the shifter b/c they siad there was no demand and I said the product maybe cheap but its not some imitation or crappy knock off... The base is one piece cut from cnc aluminium and the the rest of it is hardened steel.

When I said cheap imitations, I did'nt mean cheap as far us low quality, I meant they sell it for cheap since they did not have to create the design, all they did was buy a B&M copy it and sell it for cheap, hence nobody buys the B&M one since they can get the same product cheaper than theirs...

Well I can speak for how they can up with the design but b&m has not been making the shifter for awhile and this is a relatively young company.

I had b&m before.

It was too short and too notchy.

Changed it to a mazdaspeed and im loving it.

You get what you pay for.

this is literally the same design that multiple companies on ebay have been using to make their short shifters. it's copied from b&m. they're all the same, notchy and stiff. not a bad product if you like to put some effort into shifting, and priced very well. let me guess, cost you about 35 bucks shipped?

IMO, you shouldn't call a product "amazing" before you install and use it. Go read the Racing Brake thread for a good example.
