new rebuild car wont turn back on

i just rebuilt my motor, got it to start everything was fine, i tried to get this insane air pocket out the coolant system one day and the car shut off on me out of no where, found out it was the alternator, was only showing the car charging at 11.7v, got a functioning alternator and the car wont start again. pulled out the plugs they smelled of fuel, did the whole pulling out all 4 plugs and crank the car over with fuses pulled out. cleaned plugs with gas and dried them out completely. compression sounds great, that shouldnt be a problem they spit out all the fuel out the spark plug holes with an even stong pressure stroke. then i put the plugs back in and the car seems like it wants to crank over then it dies out. plugs are new with no miles on them. same plugs i used to start the motor, i never got a chance to drive the new motor yet, any ideas?

you might have an injector stuck open which is flooding the engine whenever you try to turn it over.

hmm i dunno, the car was idling for a nice time till the alternator went dead... then i did the whole flooding procedure, and took out the primary rail and blew into it and i wasnt able to release any pressure threw the fuel lines

Put a few ounces of atf in each rotor to aid in compression and try to start it. On a new build it might not seal well becouse of fuel.
