Talking about the sound your door makes when you close it,.

The clank sound comes from the door skin striking the internal impact/ crush bars.

Take the door liner off, move vapor barrier. Silicone the door skin to the crash bars.

Wait till toe install your speakers to do this, that way you only have to risk damage to the door components once.
