ptrhahn, well put, i agree with you, i am trying to create a custom setup right now, it consists of what aldo did in this link: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...&highlight=led

only without the cover, and i am going to use 3" round led light panels instead of square ones and i am going to open the assembely up with a heat gun and use carbon fiber vinal sticker to add to the jdm look all internal and leave the smoke look outside, as a extra effect i am working on making my brake lights interact with my turn signal sequentaly like in this link:

i will have to post pictures of before durring and after and when i get the parts list togeter i will do this for others for a fee...... till then,
opinions?

I'd think id like em more if they where smooth more like stock 99 specs, no cut out parts.

Putting a plastic cover over the outside of your lights looks even worse.

correct my if im wrong but those are ebay tail lights modified and painted black with circle cutouts with the turn signal lens painted transparent orange right?

i did the same thing to mine, but left the turn signal clear.

I thiiiiiink LED stands for Light emitting diodes........

No I totally just made that up, only a really really really smart person would know what LED stands for....maybe it's like Let everyone die?
