Exclamation New Engine Start Up Help!

So i decided to do a single turbo set up on my fd. eliminated all emissions solenoids, etc... had the block street ported. Ordered a power FC from rx7 store.net. When i started the car everything seems to be working fine. EXCEPT the gauges! the odometer display goes on when the key is on the "ON" position but when the car is running it does not display the numbers, it just lights up the background. My rpm is not working as well. and the oil pressure gauge jumps all the way up and sometimes comes down to regular position. I checked the power fc for an rpm reading from the controller and that was working fine. I also checked all the fuses and everything was fine as well. Has this happened to anyone before. Can anyone please help or give so ideas on what to check.....
Thanks

Check for bent pins in your ECU connectors.
