The piston inside the PERRIN Performance™ blow off valve is positioned horizontal to the mounting base and is driven by vacuum in the intake manifold, not by pressure in the boost tubes. The PERRIN™ blow off valve piston is in fact forced shut by boost pressure with in the boost tubes.
The added adjustability allows the tuner to vent less air for low boost applications and more for high boost applications. Custom tailored venting will minimize your boost lag between shifts.

Don't get me wrong, cool new part, especially if it works relaibly, costs less, and fills people's needs performance / audiably....

Sounds like it says it works the opposite to me? It says by vacuum instead of pressure.
Is that not the case?
