need your help guys, fuel problem with new setup

Ok, my car has a problem. It's got good fuel pressure, spark is good also. Mods are ;

new streetported engine
single turbo kit from a-spec
550cc primary injectors (got them from Ihor)
1680cc bosch injectors
apexi power fc
fuel pressure gauge
new spark plugs 9's all around
new msd spark plug wires (8.5mm)
aeromotive fpr
denso fuel pump

i tried to start the car yesterday and it wouldnt start at all, car is cranking but it doesnt look like its trying to start. we checked for spark and spark is good. After few tries, pulled the plugs and they dont even smell gas, so no fuel is going in the engine. Fuel lines are not mixed. I also tried several maps on the datalogit. fuel pump works, fuel pressure was normal. we also checked the wiring harness and its okay, i guess its the primary injectors but they are freshly cleaned and bought from Rotary Experiment Seven who sold lots of injectors with no problems.

anybody would have an idea?

Thanks,
Max

Take 9 volt battery connect some leads to it. Take the leads and connect them to each injector. Veryify that they pulse. Next make sure they are sealed into the block. I once had one injector leaking on the the block.

I think it would be pretty obvious if there was a fuel leak. Is the injector duty cycle changing on the power fc when you crank the car? I have sold over 100 sets of injectors and only had 1 single injector that acted up recently, which I warrantied for my customer. I would apply voltage to the injectors to see if they click. I do it with all of mine before I send them out. Sounds like you have a totaly new setup. What has changed since the last time the car ran?

the car was tuned by steve kan last year with original engine and stock twins at 14psi. I added ; greddy 2 row fmic, ron davis rad, new engine, a-spec turbo kit, aeromotive fpr, 1680cc inj, the 550ccs you sold me, oil catch can, some other goodies. Basically, my car was nearly stock (just exhaust , pfc and boost controller).

I just had this nice long post disappear on me! Anyway, even simpler than pulling that whole uim mess off and applying voltage to the injectors to verify that they are pulsing... Crank the car over for 3 seconds. Following that pull each leading plug out and smell the ends! If each smells like fuel you know that its not the injectors.

I'm just trying to save you time here. Ihor is a very smart guy and doesn't send non functioning stuff out so i doubt its the injectors. Might want to make sure the map is loaded up. Anyway pull those plugs and let me know! Good luck...
