Need some stock twins... READ

Hi

My turbos are shot, they need to be rebuilt badly. Somone please direct me to the best place to get my turbos rebuilt. I dont want to spend more than 800 dollars.

Give me some names, testamonials would be great too.
I need this done asap, I just ordered my engine from Ray Crowe and its being sent to the shop soon, my injectors are due back tomorrow and all Im waiting on are the turbos now.

Thanks,
Greg

www.jt-imports.com has j-spec stockers and they also have the 99 280hp turbos, but they cost about a grand.

www.rx7store.net has a stock rebuild for $800

Also, if you are in Texas, I'd check with Rotary Performance, and Gotham Racing to see if they do rebuilds:

www.rx7.com

www.gothamracing.com

Good luck!

BnR are good rebuilds with proven results..

Bi-State rebuilds are new but no dyno sheets as yet and about 4 of our forum members are running them...I haven't heard anything bad about them.

jt imports has not replied my emails. you should go BNR do not use a small local shop! i had mine rebuilt by a well known (wont mention name) turbo rebuilder and they had to do it three times! first time it smoked. second time still smoked. 3rd time extreme turbo whirr. the secondary turbo was scratching the housing. now they have huge blow by and i will be replacing them soon.

PM forum member "JACK." He has a set of low mileage stock twins on his car and is thinking about going single this month.

turbo city sucks ...avoid them

bnr has a proven rep so far...another with good sets is TEC out of denver...or M2 if you got cash to throw around....

id get the stage 3 bnrs probably since the cost is so low for the gain.
