Need some electrical help

Background: I swapped a set of turbos and did simplified sequential on a friend's car. The car is pretty much stock for all intents and purposes.

Problem: The windows work, the door locks work, and when you turn the key to "ON" the warning lights come on as normal. BUT, I have no dash lights, no park lights or headlights. The headlights do work if you pull them to you "flash-to-pass" and the park lights only work in conjunction with the aftermarket alarm (i.e. they flash when arming and disarming the alarm)

Diagnosis: The engine will crank over, but will not start. In the beginning, I did accidentally blow the 120A main fuse on the positive battery terminal and got the same symptons that I have now. However, I replace that fuse and everything worked fine. I got the fuel pump primed and got the car ready to start, and then found a coolant leak. Here's the wierd part. I go in and fix the coolant leak (it was on the turbos) put everything back together and now I have this problem. I have checked the fuses under the dash, and the main panel on the battery terminal. I haven't diag'd any of the relays yet, but I don't think they should be bad, considering the circumstances. Any educated input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Joe

Check your TNS relay in the relay panel by your passenger headlight. Swap it with the retractor relay. they are both blue and right next to each other.

Okay. I checked all of the relays for continuity today, as well as all of the fuses. They all checked out good. I also swapped the ECU with the one out of my car with no luck. I definitely appreciate any help that can be given.

You never said if you checked Rotarded's suggestion, as that sounds like a good place to start...
