Need to re-wire Temp Sensor, need help finding wire on ECU
Hi all,
Unfortunately, I've got some sort of break in my wiring harness in which if the engine shifts a certain way, the PowerFC loses all trace of the water temp sensor used to control the A/F ratio. It immediately shuts down the car, and then takes several minutes to start up again.
Since I don't intend to take apart the entire engine to replace one wire, I'd like to run a new strand from the Water Coolant Temp Sensor to the ECU.
Unfortunately for me, I'm having a devil of a time figuring out what wire it is, what color it is, and what pin port it goes on the plugs that fit into the back of the ECU.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. I'm going cross-eyed trying to read the wiring diagram.
Thanks a bunch.
