I am at the end of my repair session but I can't quite figure out from the diagram where this guy needs to go...

 

To the pressure chamber which gets put in on top of it. The hose is baby blue on the common color hose diagram.

OMFG i'm such a dumbass... I've been looking at this diagram and comparing it to what is currently sitting on the car. It may explain why I couldn't get it to run when I got it. The pressure chamber is currently hooked between the y pipe comin out of the turbos and the actuator turbo control. Good thing I'm changing hose.. thanks I appreciate it!
