Need a know something!

Im looking at buying a 93 rx7 tt and i am familar with the rotary engine had a 86 and blew up two rotary engines! Now they were 13b are the 3rd gen rx7 engines any better than the older ones?? As well mine wasnt turbo with the tt are the motors any better?? I really liked the car and to get a 3rd gen well there isnt any around me!! lol!! Where i live there is none so it would be fun to have one lol!! So how many miles are the motors good for?? I know that the apex seals is what goes in them! And iam really advanced around turbos i am just getting out of the mitsubishi sene(so lots of practice around turbos) lol! And what can you get a motor built for now in one of these?? If it was just the new seals you needed wouldnt that be fairly cheap??? And also what the heck does fd stand for?? lol Thanks guys!!

Man, if you blew two n/a rotaries, you should NOT own a turbocharged one....
