Need injectors. Why the big diff in $$$?

I noticed that my injectors were leaking while I pressure tested the system (replacing the FPR and FPD). I called Mazdaformance. They said they could be ordered from Mazda for $250 each. While

http://www.rx7trix.com/store/customer/home.php?cat=74

wants $125 each for Nippondenso.

Will I get what I pay for (as they say) if I buy the ones from rx7trix?

Does anyone have any ideas why the prices could be so different?

Does anyone have any other suggestions for replacements?

At that price I'd think they'd have to be used or remanufactured.

Mazdaformance has a much smaller parts mark-up than other dealers, they are great guys to deal with. I would definitely suspect the rx7trix injectors of being used or remanufactured as well.

Remanufactured. I didn't suspect that - they look so spiffy in the pic. Thanks

Maybe call them and finding out from them would be a better idea than all of us guessing why they are so much cheaper.

I'm sure they will tell you if they are used or rebuild versus brand new.

The ones I carry and that other store are Blitz 550cc side feed injectors which are stock nippondenso injectors.

So Jason, $125 is a reasonable price for a new injector? Is there any difference (performance etc) that would in any way justify $250?

I am trying new O-rings first and hoping that the leak was from them. I am not too sophisticated with this stuff. I can't really tell if fuel was dripping from the center or the sides. If this doesn't work I'll really have to consider the $125's.
