My problem may be similar. My wiper wouldn't stop at the bottom, i had to manually stop it at the bottom. Also the wiper wouldn't work in int. or high setting, only normal. After looking at my passengers side wiring harness, i noticed some wires had been cut. My wiring harness got cut by the headlight motor squeezing the wires, and eventually cutting them. Check the harness from the wiper motor, and follow it all the way to the front of the car to under the pass. headlight assembly. Last thing i could suggest is try swapping your wiper motor. I belive it's three/four bolts attaching it to the firewall, and then there's one nut that connects to the arm.
