Need help w/ damn squealing noise!!!

ok guys i have a 93 bb touring, car is wonderful...except for these damn squeks and squeals. I had a squeking noise from the front of the car and already found the culprit..it was the hood's rubber stoppers..1 problem solved, >>now for #2 everytime my car has a load on the engine i hear a really nasty squealing noise from 2000 rpm to 3750 rpms its almost like metal rubbing on metal or belts squealing it also makes the same noise whenever i hit a bump hard or roll over rough asphalt<<...ive traced where the noise is coming from..its seems to be coming from the transmission tunnel area...any ideas guys?????

make sure the underbody heat shields are secure and not rubbing on the body anywhere or the exhaust.

omg heat shields rubbing and banging on stuff are really freakin loud, check clearances on anything, push everything side to side and up and down quite forcibly to simulate engine load and see if anything hits
