ON need help with transmission problems

I have a 1993 jdm rx7 that I just imported. When to pick it up I had some weird problems it is like the clutch is slipping or so I think I need a new clutch well then when the tow truck shows up I put it in to reveres with clutch down and moves back on its own then when I gat it off the tow truck it dose not go in to gear would it be hydraulics, adjustment are a clutch +more it was running ok till it got hot then would slip

Can amy one help me need to the rx7

thanks

Well it could be hydraulics but it could also be the infamous cracked clutch fork.

Use the inspection cover and a helper to see if the fork is broken. If it's clearly good, then work on the hydraulics.

If one end of the fork is moving but the other isn't, or you see a crack opening up.

ok well i checked it out the fork looks good the pressure plate is moving when pedal is in.
but the release will not push to the flywheel and seams to be out to fare. it is not the ring on the pressure plate i looked to see if it was bent and looks good
