I need to know if the c-clip on the injector sits flush with the bottom of the fuel rail or not. My c-clips do not touch the fuel rail. both injectors will spray fuel from the rail when side pressure is applied to them, im not sure if this is normal or if I am fighting a gas tank overpresurization problem.

 

I have their 1600 secondary rail setup for my FD. Not liking how the injector bottom "O" rings seats against the bottom in the LIM, I then bought the "spacers" which make them seal and align up better. I consider these a must for a good installation! They might now be part of their newer kits for the FD.

nice to know. I went ahead and put them on order. This seems to be a serious safety issue.

 

i think my injectors are different, not sure if those spacers are going to work. I dont have an o ring or pintel cap on the bottom of my injectors like others have that I've seen.
