Exclamation Need Help Right Now (installing intake elbow).

ok im installing an aftermarket upper charge pipe (the piece that comes right off the TB, has 4 bolts and A vac line going to it in the back) in my TT rx-7.
There is no hole for the VAC line in the aftermarket one. What does that vac line go to.... Should i plug it or keep it open. I mean i don't want it blow up because my ecu is not reading boost or something and im not gettin enough fuel.
HELP

yeah im a turbo honda guy, a new motor for my civic is 400 bucks, not so for my brand new rx-7 motor. I had no idea what that hose was for. What if it read boost pressure wise ***? And i started boosting but my ecu didn't know it? then boom I blew my motor cause it ran lean and detonated. I'm no newb to turbos, just new to rx-7's, so dont flame me because i don't want to ruin my expensive new motor. Thankyou cloud9 and to those that helped, its my only car and have to drive it in the morning. Go **** yourself famanchu.
