the cat can still be stolen with all of that, it's as easy at hooking the car up to a wench and rolling it on a trailer and driving away, I would say just sit with a shotgun and wait for some little **** to **** with your car, then scare the **** out of them, they will never come back....

yeah, the fuse thing is a good idea
but do what i do (hopefully you have your own driveway of some sort)..
my fd has an alarm system that when tripped, the car wont start.. now i know some thieves know how to go around this but still..i have that, plus a steering wheel club, an autolock (the one advertised on tv, that hooks to your brake or clutch), a car cover (dont know why i put that for protection, besides from scratches and dents) and i have one of my family members block me in, i just move their car when i have to leave..
so all in all, thats about 5 protectors that i have for my rx7
so far so good... thank god

Park in your garage or have a family member park behind you. If anything does happen report to the police IMMEDIATELY with your sisters friend that they have a suspect.

There is a wheel immobilizer for sale now that is similar to the "wheel boot" that police departments use to lock down your car for unpaid parking tickets. (www.alphalock.com) $140 each, and there's no way for them to roll the car away.
You guys a little impatient, or is there another reason for all the double posts?

Tell the police right now. Try to get the dudes name or any info on him. You cant get him for anything now cuz he hasent done anything. But it will be on record, so if anything does happen the cops know who to look at. And when you file the report it will be on file and he will be notified of the report and he will prob back down then and there. I had something kinda the same, but guys were threating to beat me up, made a report just to get it on record so if anything does happen they know who to look at. But then they threatined to kill me, well thats a felony in my state and now hes facing jail time. People really dont like it when you threatin to kill them...
