the TNS relay is under the hood, bolted in a relay rack right up front. its pretty hard to miss.

thanks for the help, all the main thing are fine. checked the fuse, TNS, the one thing I was thinking was it could be that I dont have a deck (cd player) installed. No wires are cut they just took it out befor I got it. I know of other cars that are like this so when my new deck gets here then well see, thanks again.

Your system is probably shorting somewhere between the fuse and the dash causing it to pull too many amps, causing the fuse to blow.

I had the same problem in my old Mustang, except it was the hatch light that kept blowing fuses. I took out the light housing and saw the positive and ground wires had been stripped of their insulation and electrical taped together...

yeah my buddy had three wires that we're unused from his Car PC and even tho the bare metal wasnt showing, when he taped them together to keep them from hitting any metal inside, they shorted together and blew his dash fuse. He had to drive an hour an 30 back home, at 8 pm with only his headlights, he got pulled over 4 times xD

try the dimmer it has a resistor in it and when you short it out it wont ground and the lights wont work test it by grounding one of the illuminating wires from the headlight up and down button i think its the wire on the right side on the end when you pull the clip off thats what mine was dooing and thats how i fixed it.
