Need help modifying drivers seat

Im looking at picking uo a Gen 3 RX 7 (I think its like a 95 - 96)

But my head is up into the roof (convertible)

Is there a way to modify the drivers seat to gain a little headroom, or replace it with a Recaro style seat or something else to gain an inch or so of headroom??

They quit making them in 95 so u cant get a 96. Im selling my 93, you can fit up to about 6'5" in there. You could get custom seat rails made to sit lower or replace with another style seat.

Yes convertible.

It might be a Gen 2 - not sure of year.

It doesn't look that old. In very good consition.

the stock seat rails pretty much place the seat on the floor of the car. I doubt you'd be able to get more than an inch extra from custom seat rails.
