need help installing used Pettit Cold Air Intake

need help installing used Pettit Cold Air Intake
Does any one have the instructions for installing this? How about any pics? Directions? Any help will do?

How and where does this manifold (silver piece) attach?

Where does the reinforced hose with 2 donut shaped pieces on it and an elbow on one end attach?
