closer....... That's a 1" schedule 80 pipe welded to that pulley. Believe me, it will *** or bleed !!!

That's a lot like the tool that Honda sells to remove the crank pulley bolts on a piston engine. you just bolt it to the pulley and then use your 3/4" drive on the bolt/nut you are trying to remove. Nice craftsmanship by the way. Looks well made!

Thanks "Glazed" - actually I made it on a seconds notice. I could not get my first E-bolt out and was not going to let it whip me, so I went to the weld table and made the tool. Since then it's been used many times. Painted it silver.

Trivia...the first bolt I took out, I had my wife hold the tool bar while I broke loose the bolt
