I have a 1993 5 speed I believe it's an R1 fd. I had a little engine bay fire. I called around to a few Mazda dealers and all of them are telling me that the wiring harness is on national back order. I was wondering if any one new of any place that i could call that might have one in stock so that i will not have to wait too long to get one. The car is in the shop waitting on a harness and hate to see her just sitting some where.

I'm pretty sure the dealers can search the stock of all dealers in the US. Ray at Malloy is your best bet to be absolutely sure that this is the case.

If it turns out you're going to need to wait, maybe you can get a decent harness from the classifieds section or eBay. This is a great time actually since pre-christmas there are so many people selling and nobody else buying.
