Exclamation Need Help Fast!!!!

Can anyone tell me what you do with the hose that connects to the back of the intake pipe...it is the one I am replacing with the Greddy elbow, but the Greddy one dosen't have a space for it. Can you tell me what it is and what I should do about this.

Idle Air Control Valve. You will need to block it off.

It's not the Idle Air Control Valve, it's the hose for the AWS system. A simple use of the SEARCH function would have quickly told you what to do -- either block it off or have nipple welded on to the Greddy elbow.
