Unhappy need help on boost issue

ok fixed my problem with throttle sensor, but my problem is that I only get 5 psi max on wot. ok so i put manual boost controller and put it on. I still get 5 psi but as soon as i hit like 6rpm the boost spike to 14-15 and i let off did this only once.
any idea have this could be? please help ?

Could be any number of a zillion things. Hit up the turbo troubleshooting guides, look for boost leaks, bad check valves, etc.

Dude, you're gonna need to do some more work first. Do you have any boost leaks? Are the pills in the lines? Any bad check valves? Vacuum lines popped off?

I chceked for vaccum leaks and I noticed that one of the check valves is missing.
it is the one that goes vaccum chamber. Could this be my problem ?I have boost controller on.
please help

That's a major problem - the boost chamber is key for a lot of the turbo control systems.
