Need help blocking airbox inlet



I have a Blitz intercooler and now I have a section of the airbox that is now exposed. I am trying to plug up this hole. If anyone knows where I can buy a part that looks stock that can plug it up please holla. Thanks.

do you mean the intercooler duct has a hole on the top?

No the hole on the right side of the stock air box, I wanna plug it.

you can buy plugs that size at NAPA. I believe its a 3/8 inch plug

That's your hot air vent for your air box. It should have had a u shaped length of hose on it that vented the air out and underneath the air box. You should plumb it back down there as you're venting hot air into the center of your engine bay.

Yep, that vents out unused airpump air. You won't be able to cap it up.

If you don't have an airpump, you can cap it, but it's a dead circuit at that point.

Just get one used, I'm sure there will be a line of people waiting to give you those hoses. They get pitched all the time.

To be honest, I don't think you really need that hose.
