NEED HELP! Block Off Plate Identification

Alright this should be pretty easy for someone with more knowledge than me...what two block off plates are these...I know the middle one is the EGR...

Pretty sure the one on top feeds the ACV....not sure about the one below it...Pressure regulator solenoid maybe?

Since you dont have emissions any more. I would say block them off get the blockoff kit works wonders and only 75 bucks!

I don't think the block off plate kit comes with one for the bottom circle. I ordered the block off plate kit and it didn't have one that fit it.

Yea I have the block off kit. So far I only have the LIM, turbos, and water pump on my engine.. and fuel injectors and coils and spark plug wires hooked up. I was testing to see if I hooked up the injectors correctly and watching the injector duty while I cranked the engine for a few seconds. After about 3 seconds my new rebuild fired up and RPMs shot up because no UIM and TB... I didnt know it could run like that
