1980 12a fresh rebuild but it won't start. Getting spark, fuel and compression. Distributer is in correctly. Plugs are getting wet but won't fire. Just tried unhooking power to the fuel pump and cranking fuel out of the rotors, then put in new plugs and tried starting fluid and still nothing. (got one backfire from the exhaust) Even tried pull starting it but unfortunately where I live there's no streets nearby where I can build up much speed before the next stop sign. Where can I start looking for answers? Thanks for any help! I'm getting desperate.
