Need help with 94 RX7...CAR PROBLEM.

It started last Wednesday at the track...here's what the car does. When I give it gas the engine revs and then misses it goes to about 3k rpms and then goes down to around 1k then 1.5k then 1k...2k etc. Everytime I rev the engine the same thing happens. The car is undrivable when this is occuring. I checked the PFC and everything looks normal. I talked to Mohammad (MZM international) he thought it might be bad gas. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Tonight was the first time it had done it since last Wednesday. If it a vacuum hose or plug wouldn't it happen all the time?
