Need Held FD Won't Start

I have a 93 FD with a half bridge motor and running a power FC, it was running fine and while driving it cut out. I was able to restart it a couple of times and it would run fine while not moving but after driving for 1000 yards it would shut back down. After the fourth time it won' t restart. I know something has to be loose or shorting out but I can't figure out what it is. I checked all the fuses and tried replacing the main relays but, the ecu still isn't getting power. It will crank fine and the gauges seem to work also. If anyone has any idea what else I can check please let me know. This happened last August and I haven't had the time to really look into deeply. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the link, my power FC checked out fine. I tried the ignition a bunch of times with no change but I checked the plug going into the ecu and the ignition 12v (1b) is the one not working. Could the ignition turn on the an crank the car over fine and still be causing this problem?
