Throttle Body Question

Am I missing something here?

I broke my throttle body because I overtightened a nut (because Im an idiot and ate my wheaties that day lol) so I bought a replacement that I just needed to swap the TPS over on. When I removed the current one I saw something that threw me off. The one that was on the car previous (pictured on the right) has the secondary throttle linkage on the other side from the primary. The one I bought (left) has both on the same side. Plus on the previous one there seems to be a tab that comes off it and on the new one there is no tab. Not really sure what is going on here. Did I buy the wrong one? Did the previous owner do some black magic voodoo mod? Or am I just over reacting? Is it as simple as flipping the other around or swapping it out with the one that I took off? Why is it different in the first place? What are my lucky lottery numbers? (Figure Im asking a lot so might as well throw that in too lol) Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think it's a JDM throttle body. The cruise control is on the opposite side of the car so the "pull" from the cruise control comes from the other direction. I think you just need to swap around a few bits to make it match and you're done.

The one on the left looks correct.

The second linkage is for cruise control, as is the "tab" you're referring to, so if you don't have it, you can remove it.
