I would estimate around 20K if you have the engine rebuilt (using new parts) and ported.
You would have to replace the intercooler, fuel system, ECU, single turbo, exhaust, and labor to have someone install all of this.

You are looking at spending about $10 to 20k to get to that point which consists of fuel system upgrade, ECU, Ported motor, Single turbo, IC, full exhaust system, clutch, etc etc......

I just spent ~15K on my motor rebuild project. went from only a downpipe, intake, and catback to a ported, polished, DP/MP/CB, Microtech, non-seq twins, redone fuel system and upgraded clutch (among other things) in the last 6 months.
I paid Mazsport to do the reinstall stuff, so it could have been a ~11K project if i did it myself.

Easy way to 500RWHP, as mentioned above, is with a piston motor.

just get a big exhaust and crank up the boost you'll be at 500 in no time.

Listen to that and you will need 1 of 2 things soon. A new 13brew or a V-8. And yes, I know it's a joke

Probably will cost you about:

$3565.67 for rebuild
$1256.45 for fuel system
$2123.87 for brakes to stop the 500+ hp car
$657.92 for rubber to grip power
$3299.99 for Turbo Kit
$986.75 for computer
$834.96 for full exhaust
$3482.37 for Intercoooler and other things
$1123.23 for built tranny

Estimation Cost: $17,331.21

I could be off a couple cents though.

Actually, this is probably a good est. Get rid of duals, that will simplify everything else, and then kiss all of you're pissawayable income, goodbye, for as long as you own this car. Not that it's not worth it......................
