Need to buy an engine....Who do you recomend for reliable build

I need a fresh built 13b-rew engine to buy for my daily driver, i need it to handle about 450 Hp is necessary. I know there are plenty rotary builders around, but who do you reccomend to get an engine from that will be reliable?

You need to give up more info...

Location?
Do you want a turn key rebuild?
Money limit?

My vote would be for PINEAPPLE RACING, but I prefer to find a semi-local builder.

So if you are near another reputable builder you should go for them.

A reliable 450 hp in a DD? Shoot...that shouldn't be too difficult.

Don't forget your tuner is 50% of the reliable equation.

I'd say send it to Ihor and I, but I'm probably biased

Are you located in Sea Island, Georgia?

There's no one else on this side of the Pacific that I'd rather have build my motor.

You should be asking this question in your regional section. Unless you don't mind shipping the engine or the car, then there are multiple options for a solid rebuild. It is the peripherals and tuning that you need to worry about.

I ship international and have great prices and I stand by my work. There are several good engine builders in this thread so you cant really go wrong. I offer most of my engines lately with the ALS seals which are proving to be one of the latest great creations for the rotary engine. However, I specialize more in building an engine with my own parts and shipping it to you without sending in your engine.

If you want to send out your own engine I recommend myself or RotaryResurrection.com Dont let his price fool you, he replaces the same stuff the other builders replace and if you want him to replace more internal parts he gladly will at probably the best rates around.

I concur on the IRP suggestion. If I had half the dedication to my work as they did, I'd be a rich man. Great bunch of honest and talented guys. One of the best in the NE.

Thanks for the props guys

Bottom line is that you have lots of great options out there, Rotary Performance out in Texas is another shop that hasn't been mentioned yet. And DJSeven is such a cutie-pie in person that I would pay him good money to watch him port and build my motor.....in his birthday suit

Damnit Rich, I had a good response but the "more" option for the smilies isnt working for me right now for some reason, without them people would have started to really question us "not that there is anything wrong with that"
