Need advice - FD has been sitting for 7 weeks

My FD has been apart for 7 weeks, while TTT has been polishing the UIM and TB, and I replaced the vacuum hoses with silicone. Other than a dead battery, is there anything else I need to look at before starting her up? The car has been in my garage, and the oil was changed just before I dismantled the UIM and TB. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

David

7 weeks isn't bad. One work of warning, we tried starting a car this past weekend that had been sitting 7 months while waiting for a new engine - gas went bad and it wouldn't start until AFTER we drained and filled with new gasoline.

Yes, gasoline will degrade really bad after about 3 months. That's why you should always drain your lawn mower fuel tank or use Sta-Bil ( damn, sorry that should have been in the lawn mower section ).

Thanks for the info. I got my UIM and TB back today, so I will be putting everything together tonight. I'll post some pics once I finish.
