Name that weak link! Question about clutch system.
Ok so I been searching and theres no way to find my answer but from personal experiences from fellow owners.
- I am constantly bleeding my clutch because it goes from center travel to the top over a couple of days. Hell I loosen the slave cylinder nipple and no fluids drip out WTF. After bleeding of course it brake fluid comes out.
So I replaced my clutch and pp with new ACT unit. I also replaced my pilot bearing, clutch release and neck and collar ring. Also replaced my slave cylinder.
I have adjusted the clutch release rod from top to bottom. Theres is no leaks.
QUESTION-1 Why is my engaging point constantly changing what is the weak link !

You've replaced everything but the clutch master cylinder... so that's my vote. I had to do it last year or so. ****'s cheap. I think the replacement was like 70 bucks.

Yep on this.
Also, with a heavier pressure plate, you need to run a stainless braided clutch line. The higher spring rate pressure plates put a higher hydraulic stress on the system and the engagement point will be right off the floor since the stock rubber line swells. A braided line fixes that problem.
BTW, that's a "been there, done that on many cars" statement, not a guess .

I also believe that when doing clutch hydraulics it's best to do ALL of them. A new master will put more hydraulic load on the old slave, blowing it out, then it puts more load on the rubber hose, blowing that out. Do the whole thing at once. They last 100,000+ miles, just do them once and be done.
