My turn - boost leak question

OK I have searched, and checked everything from the y-pipe to the TB, CCV, BOV, and all hoses (IC and the 1" ones). Everything is intact and seems to be working.

I still get a boost leak under load, although it seems to pull fine and I have 10+ psi on the gauge. Upon testing and testing, it appears when I give the car light throttle, I can feel air coming out from behind the intake manifold.

The only culprit I can see it could be a 1" diameter hose that connects from the secondary turbo air filter, runs next to the crossoverpipe/above the air pump hose, to a tube which curls around under the UIM, behind it - What does this lead to? I redid the vac hoses a few months ago and cant for the life of me rememebr where it goes. ACV maybe? Is it capable of leaking boost?

I disconnect the air pump at the connector, and when I perform the same tests (blip the throttle with my hand), I do not get any moving/escaping air behind the UIM. When the car is under load however, the venting sound is the same, and it is a little sliuggish to build boost either way - same performance. Boost levels are normal, if a little slow to achieve. So would it appear the ACV is the problem? From what I can tell it takes the output from the airpump, and either routes it to the catalytic converter, or the exhaust manifold - is this correct? there are also two check valves - a "split air" check valve and a "port air" check valve. If either of these is bad would it cause the problems I am having? I am about to take the UIM off to inspect all the connections, and the ACV itself, but would appreciate any insight.
