Question Is it my turbos?

Hi, I'm seeking some help from some professionals on here reguarding my fd. I've noticed that when ever i drive low speeds from the passenger front side of the car i can hear squeaking(is it shaftplay?). It kind of sounds like it's coming from my turbos. At high speed the squeaking tends to disappear. I'm still running stock twins, the previous owner had the engine rebuilt at 11k and currently on the odo meter it reads 48k. He didn't tell me if he rebuilt/replaced the turbos so can you guys please help me. Also i have another question. When i start my car on a cold engine, it tends to rev to 3k rpm. Then when i try to put it in reverse the gear grinds, so i have to put it in reverse first before starting the car. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

The Accelerated warmup system (AWS) revs the car to 3000 on coldstart to warm up the cats I believe. If you start the car in gear or blip the throttle it will return to normal idle.

When I switched my tranny fluid to Neo synthetic, my gears felt much better. Maybe your car is due for a transmission fluid service.
