My shamefull time slips.
Went to the track for the first time. I did horrible. (and my crap tires didnt' help either)
I had 5 runs. My 4 slowest times were 14.66, 14.603, 14.31, 14.24. Don't laugh to hard ok?
And here is whats on my time slip for my best time of the night.
Reaction: .998
60 ft: 2.205
660 ft: 9.127
ET: 13.982
MPH: 101.799
Now the horrible reaction time is becasue the tree did something I and never seen before. I pulled up, got my stage lights on, then after a second all the yellow lights went on at the same time, then the green light went on. I was like "what the he-zee" then I took off.
Sorry if I put the car to shame, I'll try to do better next time

from what I've read reaction time won't affect your ET, so that shouldn't matter. What mods do you have?
*edit* just saw your sig, ok what transmission do you have?

zoomspeed,
the tree that you were seeing was a PRO tree. a perfect reaction time is .400sec......there is almost no way to red light. when all the yellow lights go at once, that is how you know...

I believe the perfect reaction time is actually .500
I remember this because on my first run I had a .531 reaction time, and the people at the track said it was godly.

You don't need 97 octane though...
Any idea how much those wheels weigh?

Here were my other times for the night in the order that they happened. in case anyone was wondering
Reaction: .207
60 ft: 2.462
ET: 14.651 @ 98.838 MPH
Reaction: .249
60 ft: 2.774
660 ft: 9.803
ET: 14.603 @ 102.999 MPH
Reaction: .249
60 ft: 2.667
660 Ft: 9.623
ET: 14.372 @ 104.253 MPH
Reaction: .759
60 ft: 2.379
660 ft: 9.439
ET: 14.249 @ 98.333 MPH
Then the one I posted earlier was my last run.
I was alittle off when posting the times earlier since it was just from memory.
I think the wheels weight about 21 pounds each, and I had 245/40 kumho ecsta 712s on them.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
if you double-clutch, you should see your times go down on average of 0.5 seconds. also, if you adjust your injector pulse timing, you should get into the 9s.
j/k.
do a compression check on your motor. with those mods and those numbers, one cant ba THAT bad of a driver. i say you need a new engine....but lets just hope that you are a really, really shitty driver.
EDIT: after reading your recent post, it seems that you need some stickier tires and/or work on your launching skills.

Unless you specifically told Gforce you would be running race gas and they set the timing maps to reflect that.

I tihnk according to the owners manual I shouldn't even be using 91 octane.

I really really hope its just me and the tires
I relly had a hard time hooking up, for my runs I played with dumping the clutch in between 3k and 4 k RPM. I would either bog or spin the tires.
These tires suck so bad. On the street, if I'm in 1st on a rolling start and I punch it, I'll be fine until about 5.5 or so RPM then they start loosing traction and I start to go side ways a little

A guy that works at the local bling bling wheel shop has a raec-only 3 rotor 7 and he recommended the kumho V700 drag radials. He said thats what his runs on his 7 and he dynoed ~620 RWHP. so I had them go ahead and order those for me. they were suppose to be there the same day I went to the track, but there supplier sent the wrong ones, so I ended up just going on my regular street tires (kuhmo ecsta 712s).
