Question My second turbo doesn't work

Hey

I need your help I have a friend with a RX7 twin turbo 1993 whit 13b street port engine but the car has a problem the second turbo doesn't work. He tried changing the turbo, the wastegate and the turbo pressure sensor and nothing gave him a good result for his car.

I need to know what problems can do that .

The secondary won't work if the actuation system isn't functioning properly. Check for vacuum leaks, and replace the check valves.

check the turbo control actuator below the turbo, it controls the activation of secondary turbo, also check the hose that goes into the pre-control actuator, i had the same problem coz the hose on the pre-control actuator broke off

i have a similar problem. all my hoses are fine and turbos are good. my shop thinks it might be the solenoids that go to the waste gate and pre-control actuater. is there any way to know if the solenoids are bad without getting a pfc? if there is try checking that.
