Not sure to tell you the truth. I bought the car that way. I have wanted to paint them but its not the stock paint job and I am afraid that the color wont match.

Thinking about painting the whole car satin black anyways so havent worried about it too much.

car doesnt look super low , but then again pics can be deceiving. rims gotta go IMO. Other than that car looks clean. Black vent doesnt look to bad.

It's not bad. I agree with the other comments about the lip and black vent. The car just doesnt' look right without the lip or the black vent. I would get some new rims. Those are alright, but i'm not a fan of the gold on red thing.

I have the same vent/ducts predicament. I think it looks ok with my car. And here is another vote for the lip to be put on.
