my PFC is only reading 5v to my fuel?

tried searching. i remember reading about someone with a volt meter on their pump while on a dyno and seeing some dips in high cycle. just lost where I should be looking?

when I go to sensor check its highlited at 4.8 or so volts/

That's not fuel pump voltage, that's the voltage from the fuel temp sender. If you have an aftermarket fuel rail that doesn't use the sender, the PFC will show almost 5v as there is no sender and the circuit is open.
