My new Fikse's

I posted a WTB on the forum a couple of weeks ago - Fritz Flynn responded in about an hour. I was convinced that nobody would have a set of FM5's for sale because if you have 'em, you don't want to get rid of 'em. He had a set that were in great shape with good rubber. Fritz was great to deal with and very responsive with immediate turnaround. A very good transaction overall.
So here are some pics. I'm not a photographer - so maybe someday I'll take some better ones if I practice
Next steps: YES I will be doing the suspension. Car looks a little jacked right now.
Also - there is a 99 front end in my future... no plate holder. Probably Rotary Extreme poly.

Beautiful. With shocks/springs and the 99' spec front your car will be a black version of Rich's car.

Thanks.
Yeah - Apologies to those that already have that look, but it's my favorite.
Rich (GoodfellasFD3s) has the plate and a spoiler...

No need to apologize. It is obviously the BEST look so it's good that people are using it!

Heh...if you lower it a touch and get a '99 front end, you're going to have replica of my FD...

Man, that Fritz...fuggin' guy must have an FD chopshop or something, he turns over so many parts...

Um, it's called a "joke", son. I've bought many parts from Mr. Flynn, FYI.

Very nice. But I don't understand how people can't take pictures. You hold still, you press the button, you here a click, and your done.

I just don't get it.

FM/5s I assume.

Hey, If those were my wheels I might be shaky too. And even out of focus they look great. Congrats!

Yeah- digital camera, nighttime, etc. etc. For every sweet picture of an FD that somebody posts on this forum I bet he's got a hundred blurry, crappy pics that we don't see.
Thanks

Look at those bling bling, hope I can put mine on my car when I get it running. It will be a very dark dark titanium grey with the Fikse FM5.

try google for places to purchase them from

they cost a pretty penny.. you are looking at around 800-900 depending on width per 17" wheel..
