Arrow My intermittant wipers work inermittantly

My intermittant wipers don't always work. When they do work, the speeds adjust and everything is fine. Sometimes they work for 20 minutes then quit. Sometimes they don't work at all.

Hi and Lo speeds are fine; it's only the intermittant setting acting screwy. At this point I suspect the switch. Anyone else had this problem?

? Loose connection.

I have that one! On intermittant it will work a couple of times then not, if I tap the steering column it will work a couple of more then stop again. I haven't opened it up yet but I figure a loose connection.

Same thing here, not to mention my wiper blades need to be replaced.

I rarely (really never, unless I get caught in a rain storm) drive my RX-7 in rain, so I never messed with fixing the problem. I would be interested to hear what is causing it though.
