My thoughts on your list:

1300 secondaries (Bought)
FPR and all fuel lines upgraded to -6AN ( Fuel lines bought )
BIG waste of time, money, and effort for those fuel lines and FPR. All that stuff is for 425+ rwhp.....and would be better served running 1600cc Bosch injectors with an aftermarket secondary fuel rail. My advice -- stick with the 1300s and return the FPR and fuel lines.

midpipe (Bought)
I hope you got a resonated midpipe.

samco radiator hoses
Huge waste of money....the OEM ones are 1/5 of the price and last several years.

Magnacore wires
They don't fit for ****. NGK wires work great.

Grounding kit
Huge waste of money...you are paying over $100 for a few small pieces of big gauge wire.

Blittz turbo timer
Complete waste of money, don't bother.

Defi D gauge water temp, EGT
AEM Ugeo wideband
If you have a spot for three gauges, get boost, wideband, plus something else (fuel pressure or oil temp). EGT is pretty useless unless you are constantly modifying your setup for BIG hp and know what you are doing. The PFC Commander has a good water temp display. The AEM wideband is a POS and has problems with the datalogit, get a FJO, PLX, Innovative, or TechEdge.

Remove power steering
manual rack modification
You know this requires removing the A/C too, right?

So in reference to everything RYNBERG said. First let me thank you for taking the time to go over my modds and commenting.

1300/FPR and fuel lines: ive read many posts about the stock fuel lines being too small as though im not going for big power i do want reliable power which i dont have to worry about. I would not normally do this but I have left over fuel line from my RX-2 project so i figured why not. As far as the FPR I guess i can send it back if you think it wouldnt add a little security and piece of mind, anyone else have a comment on this?

Mid pipe: Are you saying i should get a resonater pipe because its going to be too loud? I can do that, thanks for the heads up

Samco radiator hoses: Id like to get a few more opinions on this radiator and hoses where just replaced 10k ago but I figured everyone always complains about them so might as well change them while im doing it all. Honestly if i have to spend 100 for piece of mind Im not worried about it.

Plug wires: anyone else believe the NGK are better. Any other suggestions? This is my first FD I just dont want to be cheap and do it right the first time.

Turbo timer: I dont know it just gives me a bit of piece of mind. this is my third turbo car and ive always had one just for extra reasurance.

Gauges: I have a triple gauge center dash mount. I already have boost on the steering column. The AEM is crap? It has a designated O2 sensor how untrue can it be? Im going to get it all dyno tuned when im done but i would like a reference so if something freaks out I can make sure its ok. I know the commander has a water temp but its not a very large display, figured water temp would be most needed. The EGT i was unsure about since im going to have a wideband, I figured the stock oil pressure would be usefull enough, maybe I could get a oil temp. I thought you where not suppose to mount a true fuel pressure gauge in the car?

Manual Rack: Im kinda in the middle with this right as we speak. I kinda want to keep the A/C but at the same time im not to worried about it. there has to be some kind of pulley kit that allows you to keep the a/c and get rid of the power steering.

Thanks again for all your input its what im looking for I dont pretend to know everything aobut these cars, I know a little but I still need guidence.

Chris

Oh ****, from looking at the middle thumnail before clicking on it, I thought you had a piece of tin roofing on it for a hood

Looks like it's coming along. Another FD saved from going to the salvage yard/being stripped.

Been waiting to take pictures of my parts before i put them on and as they all come in. This is what I have right now still have a few parts being shipped still. The car already has a KOYO radiator, tokico yellow and H&R lowering springs, Silicon hose job and HKS downpipe. Here are some pictures of whats going to be my new fuel set up, waiting on my 850 to come back from RC as 1200, fuel rails are tapped with AN fittings, SARD FPR, -6 lines and a Aeromotive fuel filter still on its way and walboro 255. Steel braided brake lines, waiting on my HAWK brake pads, Greddy Pully kit, XSpower intercooler and greddy elbow, Tail BOV is on its way, and my PFC. Still on its way is a Aluminium AST, NGK spark plugs heat range 9, magnacore wires, HKS carbon ti exhaust. Car itself should be going into paint later this week, I know all the minor body damages(little dents) the rear quarter panel and the door damage have all been repaired, the front end is all straightened and the body panels are sanded and primed. Had a problem with the right suspension but replacement pieces have already been found and purchased and should be here later this week. Thanks for looking ill keep updating.

Will get tweaked a little more tomorrow driver head light will get fitted as well and it will get painted this week...Door and quarter panel came out awsome! Everything is within 2mm of spec which is better than a lot of cars on the road. Cant wait to get all my other parts on it which will start this weekend. Thanks for lookin in hope Im doing the 7 community proud.

The turbo timer is not a good idea on these cars, as letting them sit will actually INCREASE heat soak. the FD thrives on moving air through the radiator and oil cooler(s)

IM actually hooking up a 10x10 inch electric fan on the front side of the intercooler to stop heat soak. Circulating oil is better then none at all for cool down no? Ill let you know what I find out about the intercooler, honestly it looks like it will do pretty well.

true but if you dirve normal for the last 2 miles of your trip then the engine should have time to cool down while its moving and while oil is running through the system...

Final got her home. Still needs to go back for detail work..(wet sand, buff, minor fitment issues) but I got her for a few weeks while I set up all my parts and get tuned.
