I you and me both have the Modified calender hanging up to April 2010, the VR FD with the old school wide body RE-A kit on it, such a nice car...'

the car is coming along nicely, looks much better then before, couple questions, (might have already been asked) are you painting the CF hood, or not, and what color is the car going to be...

J.
The hood is actually Kevlar, I think I'm just going to leave it be for the time being. The car will be gunmetal, not too many folks with Kevlar hoods running around this town so I thought I'd be different for a bit. I think I'm going to end up painting it in the end since it'll give a cleaner look.

It's been a while but here are some pictures of the progress thus far. Hopefully the car will be running soon.

Very nice job bringing this thing back from the dead. Body work looks really nice. But why the heck are all the Oklahoma FD owners in OKC?

Great looking project. Don't know what it is about these cars, we just can't seem to not work on them!

I'm in the Tulsa area. I haven't been to the city in a while. You won't be disappointed in your motor. Brad does great work. He ported the motor for my first build and the car was a blast to drive. If I ever get my turd running again I'll have to come back down and kick it with you guys.

I wish I could give you some tips on the body work but it was someone else who did that.
